The Popular Show Season Four Unveils the Warriors Table

Since the launch of Campaign 4, new Dungeon Master Brennan Lee Mulligan has kept viewers on edge with deep backstory, a colorful mix of characters, and a thrilling plot featuring celestial beings, demons, and malevolent powers expanding in influence within the urban setting.

Warning: Key plot points for the third episode of the new season lie ahead.

The Soldiers Table Unveiled

The latest chapter finished on a major cliffhanger and presented the first table of heroes who will separate from the main group to begin their own adventure, distinct from the other two tables.

The Soldiers table features Teor Pridesire (brought to life by Travis Willingham), the agile character (Laura), Tyranny (the cast member), Wicander Halovar (Sam Riegel), and the mysterious adventurer (the actor).

Why Split the Party?

Given 13 cast members, it was evident from the start that maintaining everyone at a single group would be unfeasible.

This explains, the initial installments of Campaign 4 serve as an Overture, intertwining the personal journeys before branching into three distinct groups: Fighters, Schemers, and Explorers.

The Nature of the Combat Party

As described by the Dungeon Master, the warrior group is for adventurers who enjoy a traditionally charged battle-oriented gameplay experience where diplomatic options are scarce.

Upon first impression, figures such as the squeamish cleric Wicander Halovar might seem mismatched, but the events of the third episode show why these specific adventurers are perfectly fit for the Soldiers table.

Reasons to Leave

To begin with, the team understands precisely where to head next after a intense first encounter with The Crow Keepers.

A former ally of Thjazi—whose demise kicked off the story’s plot—exploited the foes for his personal gain, entering the secret base, attacking the rogue, and taking all the powerful objects to auction.

Casimir then settled his debts and fled to a fortified location in the northern region, beyond Dol-Makjar, with Teor’s brother hot on his heels.

Individual Reasons

Additionally, each member has a personal reason to leave the city Dol-Makjar:

  • The agile hero, as the close ally and trusted friend, wants revenge.
  • Kattigan is familiar with the northern area and cautions that it is a dangerous environment.
  • Tyranny and The cleric, having disobeyed his family’s wishes to eliminate the target and instead saved him, have no other options.
  • But, their reputation as key figures in the influential clan could enable the team reach places they normally couldn’t.
  • Furthermore, The fighter swore a life debt to The savior for his salvation and will now accompany him anywhere.

Pursued by Authorities

Finally, all of them are sought by the rulers that rule Dol-Makjar for a variety of reasons, making remaining behind dangerous:

  • The agile adventurer and The hero are known criminals.
  • The warrior and Wicander betrayed House Halovar and the army of fiends they are aligned with.
  • The target is targeted for elimination by House Halovar.

This results in them few options but to head to the remote area in quest for the antagonist.

What’s Next?

From the latest episode’s post-show segment, we find out that the Soldiers table will be absent in the upcoming installment, leaving the rest of the cast members to form the Seekers and Schemers groups.

Viewers can anticipate discovering which adventurers will be where in the season’s last Overture episode, available to watch on October 24.
