Further Photos from Epstein Estate Made Public by Democratic US Lawmakers

Property plans for the financier's secluded Caribbean island featured within the photographs.

Additionally featured in this new photograph disclosure is shown to be a site plan for Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.

Jeffrey Epstein bought a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.

These photos suggest he had formulated development schemes to transform the 161-acre island by building residences, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.

Visible on the plan is a local waterway, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the bottom right.

The site plan is marked up in handwritten red notes and contains a key identifying distinct parts of the property.

In addition to the main plan are what look to be several other construction diagrams and construction drawings, featuring layouts for boat shelters.

Further documentation made public as part of the continuing investigative disclosure.
